WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We dispatch within 1 business day. If you order early in the morning, it might even be dispatched the same day. If you order on the weekend or after 2.30pm AEST on a Friday, your order will ship the following business day (usually a Monday, except when there’s public holidays).

We're all about making your shopping experience a thrill ride from start to finish! We want to see you wearing a big grin when you open your package. But hey, we get it, sometimes things don't work out exactly as planned. No worries, though! We've got your back with our awesome refund policy.

Here's the deal: You have a full 30 days from the date of your order to return your product and get a sweet refund. Just send us the unused product and cover the return postage.

To get the refund party started, shoot us an email at levelup@throneboss.com.au within those 30 days. We'll give you the green light and guide you through the return process. You'll need to cover the return postage, except when the product arrives damaged or faulty. In those cases, we'll gladly refund your reasonable postage costs. Just make sure to let us know about any damage within 7 days of receiving your order, okay?

To make your return a piece of cake, we'll need a little something from you: a receipt or proof of purchase. It's like our secret handshake to confirm that we're on the same fun-filled page.

Sometimes, there are situations where we can only offer partial refunds. For example, if an item is no longer in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons beyond our control. And hey, let's keep things fair—returns approved after the 30-day mark won't be able to join the refund party.

But fret not! Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email to let you know we've got it. Then, we'll give you the thrilling news of whether your refund is approved or not. If it's a go, get ready for the magic to happen! We'll process your refund and send it zooming back to your original method of payment within 3-7 days. Just a heads up: If you used AfterPay or Zippay, we'll have to deduct the BNPL fees (around 6%) because, well, they won't refund that to us. But don't worry, this only applies to change of mind refunds, not warranty claims.

Now, if you're still eagerly waiting for your refund and it seems to have taken a detour, let's do some detective work together. First, double-check your bank account—it may just be hiding in there. Then, get in touch with your credit card company because they sometimes like to play hide-and-seek with refunds. And if all else fails, give your bank a call because there's a chance they're keeping your refund cozy in their processing queue. Last but not least, if you're shipping an item valued over $75, it's wise to consider using a trackable shipping service or adding some shipping insurance. We can't guarantee the safe arrival of your returned item, so better be safe than sorry.
